Shake Your Ash Turbograte With the Shake Your Ash (SYA) Turbograte, you will have a super mean grilling machine! The new SYA Turbograte was engineered by The BBQ Guru to be a direct replacement for the ceramic or cast iron grates found in ceramic cookers of all types. It is a drastic improvement over the original grate.
The technical term for the SYA Turbograte is a Turbulator.
Turbulator: A device that improves air flow to spin or mix air and gases. It is laser cut of heavy gauge Stainless Steel for years of trouble free service. It overcomes a number of challenges that are encountered when cooking with ceramics. The SYA also helps you to save fuel. To keep charcoal fresh and dry always, after fueling your cooker, roll the top of the bag, tight, and seal it with a strong Spring Clip. Place the bag in a dry place away from rain or dew.
